All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us by phone or email.  If you've ordered the wrong product, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping, provided the item is returned in its sealed original packaging.  If we've shipped you the wrong product or its damaged, we will provide the full purchase price, provided the item is returned in its sealed original packaging.  A 15% restocking fee will be assessed if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used.  We will accept pre-authorized returns within 60 days of original order date.

Standard shipping rates apply to all orders.  Please call or email us for shipping prices on pallet or truckload size orders.  Depending on size of order, we can shop around with the major freight carriers to find the best rate for our customers.  Most small packet orders will ship same day, as most pallet / truckload orders will ship out the next day.  We also allow  the customer to arrange their own shipping from our warehouse, but please call or email us beforehand so we can assist you in a timely manner.
